Our Adult beginner Ballet class is the perfect place to start, whether you’re ready for your first ballet class ever or looking for a gentle re-entry to movement. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique in a welcoming, lighthearted environment

With an introduction to barre exercises that focus on proper alignment, balance and technical footwork. Providing core, leg strength and flexibility.

Ballet training is a great way to kick off a routine that supports your fitness, strength and posture!

No prior experience is necessary.

Please note, we do not give refunds after purchases are made for classes, for any reason.

In the event of an emergency, we will provide studio credit for no later than 4 months from date of purchase. Classes can be switched to any dance style group or private classes the client prefers.
