A Heartfelt Thanks...
As part of our commitment to promoting cultural arts, we invited our dear friend Rodney Lopez to present his very informative and thought-provoking presentation “I Don’t Speak Spanish But I Understand Everything When I’m Dancing”. Rodney Lopez is a former member of our professional dance company, Addie-tude Dance Company. The title of this presentation stems from a song by Bobby Matos & John Matos to which I choreographed a routine to this song in the early 2000s. Rodney’s presentation delves into the nature of language and heritage and how it impacts culture.

Rodney López fue miembro de nuestra compañía de danza profesional, Addie-tude Dance Company. El título de esta presentación proviene de una canción de Bobby Matos y John Matos, para la cual coreografié una rutina a principios de la década del 2000. La presentación de Rodney profundiza en la naturaleza del lenguaje y la herencia cultural, y su impacto en la cultura.
