Low-Impact Cardio Dance
Toning / Balance / Stretch

Class Description


Class Description

A Low Impact workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

The classes feature a fusion of Latin and international music rhythms, and you'll find moves from dance styles like cumbia, merengue, salsa, samba, and soca, plus belly dancing, African and Indian dance styles (such as bhangra), hip-hop dance, and more.


Suggested Attire:

Wear clothing that will allow for full-body movement and not get in your way, so tight-fitting clothes are NOT recommended.L


Ladies: A good sports bra is key when working out. You want to make sure you are supported and have minimal movement. A high-quality sports bra will also help to prevent bounce, which can cause pain and discomfort during and after your workout.

Guys and Gals: Tshirt or tank top. Leggings, gym/track pants are the most comfortable to move around in.


Shoes: Some people like to wear dance sneakers, regular gym shoes. It’s really up to you. Just make sure your shoes have some traction on the bottom so that you don’t slip while you’re dancing.


Hydrate! Bottled Waters and Gatorades are sold at the studio for $1 buck. Or bring your own water bottle for your water breaks.


Toning

Toning can be incorporated! For those wish to use lightweight toning sticks during class.

Dance to the rhythm of the beat!
While toning arms, abs and thighs.

Our studio is safely prepared to
receive students for all classes.

  • MASKS: Mask wearing is now optional for Fitness classes. Face masks are no longer required at our facility, unless you'd like to wear one. So you should feel free to wear one, if you prefer.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.
  • The facility is disinfected by our cleaning service. And by staff throughout our time at the studio.
  • We follow the current mandatory directive on allowed capacity.
