Located Right Across the Street from the Pleasantville Metro-North Train Station. 2 Blocks off of the Saw Mill Exit. 1 mile from Taconic Pkwy. Ample Parking Spots available.

A $250 security deposit is required to hold the date for the event. The deposit will be reimbursed at the end of the party, pending damages - if any.

A basic rental agreement will be prepared for client's approval signature. Client or party planner will be given access to the space beforehand, for decorating purposes.
