PAYMENT POLICIES
 

  • Tuition (for 2016-17 session) is a yearly total; it is NOT based on a certain number of classes
     per month. Monthly payments may be made by check or
     cash on the 1st Saturday of the month
  • For those wishing to pay using the installment plan, we offer a series of payment options to
       choose from.

REFUNDS AND OTHER POLICIES

REFUND/CLASS-CREDIT POLICY
Ref
und for kidsdance program can be issued, BUT you MUST ask for that refund no later than 

the third class of the child’s start date (minus any classes taken). Therefore, we cannot comply 

with a request of a refund after the 3rd week of the child’s start date. 

In the event your child cannot attend their class or In cases of long-term health problems a school
credit will be honored if your child is unable to attend class due to extenuating circumstances. This
credit is applicable towards future school classes that can be used any time through the end of the
follo
wing school year only. 

MAKE UP CLASSES
M
ake-up classes can be scheduled at the request of the parents to accommodate weather related 

cancellations andHolidays as long as there are at least 5 students attending said makeup class. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS AND GUARDIAN

1 Any medical, physical or emotional needs your child may have should be discussed before enrolling
   you
r child so that the teacher can help develop a curriculum to better fit your child's individual needs. 

   Please contact the Addie Diaz to facilitate this process.

2 Young Children should never be left unattended in the hallway, dressing room, bathroom or stairwell
   under anycircumstances. A guardian should always be with children under the age of 12 years old.

3 If you will be leaving the building while your child's class is in session please notify the teacher and
   be sure to be back prior to the end of the class so that your child is not left unattended.

4 Children are welcome to play in the lobby by the elevator.  But children, parents or guardians are 

   responsible for cleaning up ALL toys before leaving the building. NO rough play is allowed, running

   jumping, tumbling, yelling, etc...

5 Please keep strollers near the wall in an area away from walking paths. DO NOT block the elevator,
   stairwell or hallway and help us to keep our building safe and clea

1 Please notify us in advance when students will be unable to attend class. This can be done via voicemail
   or email to addietudedance@gmail.com

2 Students should arrive early so that classes may start on time. If a student is more than 15 minutes
   late for class he/she will not be admitted into class, as it is disruptive to the class in session.

3 Please keep us informed if there are any changes in caregivers and drop offs. Or if your child will leave

CLASS DESCRIPTION

KIDS & TEEN DANCE CLASSES

Young performers are introduced to choreography to gain performance preparation. This training 
will provide a creative opportunity for Teens and Children to express themselves through cultural & theater music and dance as follows:

     - Creative interaction between dance, music, costuming and staging.

      - Developing confidence to use their talents to entertain an audience.
      - Participants learn dance
timing along w/ enjoying Latin, Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop
        dancing as an art form.

      - Prepare students for the Showcase (Recital) performance.

                        Kids start at age 6 thru 11 / Teens ages of 12 thru 18
